Job Title: Product Manager - Carrier

Job Location: München, Germany

Main Responsibilities

Technical Solution Mastery: Dive deep into Huawei’s wireless network portfolio and technologies; quickly absorb and master complex technical solutions to become a subject matter expert.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Formulate and execute local market commercialization ideas and product positioning strategies tailored for the European carrier customer interface.
Customer Engagement & Presales: Act as the technical bridge to customers, delivering presentations, responding to technical requirements, and promoting the value proposition of Huawei’s wireless solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, sales, and localized marketing teams to ensure aligned product messaging and successful solution deployment.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
Learning Agility: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to quickly comprehend advanced wireless communication technologies and network architectures.
Communication & Language Skills: Strong interpersonal and external communication skills. Professional fluency in German and English is mandatory for customer-facing scenarios.
Career Commitment: A strong desire for long‑term career growth within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on stability and sustainable development.
LocatioFluency in German and English is a must.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
