Overview

As Product Marketing Manager for Silicon Photonics, you will shape the growth strategy for the silicon photonics portfolio within X-FAB and its facilities. You will collaborate with marketing, development, regional sales and FAE teams to win key customers and align offerings with market needs. The role involves market research, competitive benchmarking and managing partnerships to drive revenue and profitability. This is a globally oriented position that leverages your deep knowledge of silicon photonics and your ability to translate technology into compelling value propositions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and execute revenue growth strategy for the silicon photonics segment
Develop relationships with customers, decision makers and influencers worldwide
Conduct market research, benchmarking and customer surveys
Align technology fit and processes to address silicon photonics applications
Collaborate with Marketing, Development, Regional Sales and FAE teams to win customers
Create business development plans targeting major accounts
Support promotion plans with collaterals, press releases and webinars
Represent X-FAB at silicon photonics trade shows and industry events
Report BD activities and KPIs to corporate management

Zentrale Anforderungen

Proven track record in business development for silicon photonics
Strong understanding of silicon photonics applications and industry landscape
Go-to-market strategy formulation and execution experience
Experience in customer relationship management and negotiations in semiconductor markets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
International travel willingness
Strong network in semiconductor and photonics industries
Fluency in English; German and/or French a plus
Master’s degree in electronic engineering, physics, microelectronics or equivalent (encouraged)
