Product Solution Manager – PBM

Responsibilities

• Define, align and deliver the end-to-end solution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and external partners.
• Ensure that all components of the solution work together to achieve business outcomes.
• Act as the single accountable leader for solution success, aligning stakeholders before development.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure integrated, scalable delivery of high quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years in a product, solution, or delivery leadership capacity
• Relevant experience ideally includes one or more of the following: Product Management; Solution Management / Solution Delivery; Agile Coaching or Agile Delivery Leadership
