Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion team. This role is crucial in driving our infrastructure projects and network strategy to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support sustainable growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


• Plan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of the shop floor, and building infrastructure to facilitate AMZL's Last Mile delivery fleet operation.


• Collaborate with operations teams to set and raise performance standards at site level.


• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design and construction, and engineering, to ensure project success.


• Develop comprehensive business cases and strategy documents with a goal to seek senior leadership approval, including director level executives.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree.


• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) at an advanced level and SQL.


• Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.


• Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.


• Experience in program or project management.


• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree.


• Experience in driving end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.


• Experience leading process improvements.


• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.


• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
