Project Developer

As the first Germany-focused team member, you will establish a Munich presence and lead the setup of local operations for data center development. You will scout sites, assess feasibility, and coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance in collaboration with partners and authorities. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and risks to deliver ready-to-build projects while negotiating with partners and representing the company in the German market. • Build and develop the company's activities in Germany, including establishing the Munich office
• Identify, evaluate, and secure sites for new data center projects
• Assess feasibility, coordinate permitting, and ensure regulatory and zoning compliance
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with authorities, municipalities, power suppliers, and landowners
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risks to achieve ready-to-build status
• Lead commercial negotiations with partners and external stakeholders
• Shape the local setup, define processes, and support recruitment and onboarding of future colleagues
• Report to senior management and contribute to strategic development in Germany

• Several years of professional experience in project development
• Experience in data centers is advantageous
• Structured, independent working style and commitment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
