Tasks

• Independent management of projects in subsidized broadband expansion – from planning to acceptance
• Coordination of communication between all project participants (including civil engineering companies, planning offices, cities/municipalities)
• Monitoring and control of project goals with regard to time, budget, quality and compliance with funding requirements
• Ensuring and overseeing the tendering process and awarding of planning and construction services
• Regular reporting to internal stakeholders and management
• Ensuring compliance with all funding conditions
• Support in the strategic development of expansion projects and processes

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, a comparable degree or completed vocational training with several years of professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in the field of network, civil engineering or broadband expansion
• Experience in project management / project leadership and sound professional experience in the execution and control of projects including supplier management
• Experience with planning and tendering procedures
• Ideally, initial knowledge of how to use grant funding
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner, as well as strong communication, expressiveness, and assertiveness skills
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office products
• Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written
