Project Manager, DPIS Multimodal Solutions

Responsibilities

• Independent development of transport solutions and preparation of proposals for national and continental oversized and/or heavy transports
• Sole responsibility for planning, implementation and operational execution, as well as financial accountability for assigned projects and orders
• Rate negotiations with carriers, plus procurement, dispatching and booking of freight space and transport capacity
• Communication with key stakeholders at customers, partners and service providers

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in transport/logistics or a related degree
• Relevant professional experience, ideally in project-based business
• Strong enthusiasm for logistics topics and technical challenges
• High communication and intercultural competence
• Service- and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a team
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Good written and spoken English
