Project Manager Marketing (m/f/d)

About the Role

You run client projects end-to-end. You find the right creators, write hooks and briefings that perform, and keep the client happy from kickoff to delivery. You own the messy middle and ship content that's sharper than what the client expected.

What you'll do

• Scout and select creators that fit brand, audience and platform
• Build briefings: hooks, storylines, references, no-gos
• Brief creators, review drafts, push back when something's off
• Run client comms from kickoff through feedback rounds to final delivery
• Spot trends on TikTok and Reels before they're mainstream and turn them into concepts
• Work closely with Wunni, Nisa and our editors

What you bring

• Taste: you scroll for a living and know who'll nail it before they post
• Speed: you write briefs fast and reply same day in DE and EN
• Ownership: you see the gap, you fill it, no micromanagement needed
• Background in UGC, social, influencer or agency is a plus, not a must
• Portfolio or references that show your taste, even side projects count
