Project Manager, Shopify Agency – Full-Time

• Act as the central point of contact between clients, designers, developers, and sales
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and teams to discuss project progress and identify and resolve issues at an early stage
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports
• Contribute ideas and develop strategies to optimize project workflows
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from conception through completion
• Work closely with the founders to successfully take all projects through to launch

Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, or ClickUp
• Previous experience working with Shopify (optional)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Independent, structured approach to work
• Strong affinity for (new) digital media and technologies
• Contribute ideas and innovations in a creative and collaborative environment
