Department Manager Laser, Punching, Bending (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Management of the Laser and Bending department with around 12 employees
• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the team
• Planning and control of production orders
• Operating, setting up and programming a Trumpf laser punching machine
• Optimisation of processes and workflows
• Technical support for sales and production planning
• Responsibility for maintenance, availability and optimisation of production equipment
• Participation in day‑to‑day business and support of the team as needed

Your profile:

• Completed technical basic training, ideally in the metal processing industry (e.g. metalworker, production mechanic or plant and apparatus builder)
• Several years of professional experience in sheet metal processing, preferably in the area of laser and bending
• Sound technical knowledge in manufacturing technology as well as a high technical understanding
• Structured, independent and solution‑oriented way of working
• Quick comprehension and pronounced organisational skills
• High quality orientation and a strong awareness of order and cleanliness
• Flexible, resilient and team‑oriented personality with enjoyment in dealing with people
• Commitment, initiative and enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment
