• Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams.
• First customer contact for all project issues.

• Preparation of project plans, including defining milestones and responsibilities, delegating, and controlling work packages.
• Continuous monitoring of project progress and timely initiation of solutions for potential deviations.
• Ensuring the flow of information within the international team, with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and regulatory authorities.
• Regular internal and external project reporting.
• Execution of "Lessons-Learned" sessions.

Qualifications

• Completed technically oriented studies or comparable qualification.
• Understanding of business administration.
• Several years of professional experience in project management.
• Goal-oriented and independent approach.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Organizational and coordination skills.
• High flexibility.
• Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
