Psychiatry - Medical Director

As a Medical Director at Medpace, you provide medical, scientific, and strategic leadership for clinical trial planning, execution, and reporting. You serve as the internal medical expert for study reports and regulatory documents, and guide study design and project plans for new clinical initiatives. You will manage safety in trials and collaborate across departments, supporting business development through sponsor interactions. • Provide medical management and expertise for clinical trials
• Contribute medical expertise to study reports, regulatory documents, and manuscripts
• Manage safety issues in clinical trials and collaborate with associates on evaluation and assessment
• Participate in new business development through proposal and sponsor meetings
• Coordinate with other departments across all study phases including feasibility, design, medical information management, and editing of medical documents
• Lead adherence to Research related protocol and policy compliance

• MD degree or equivalent
• Board certification and current medical licensure preferred
• Prior clinical trial research experience preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical-related clinical research preferred
• Travel up to 20%
