To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the operational purchasing function, including order processing, supplier and inventory management, documentation and PCN processes. You will also be responsible for logistics operations, the management of external warehouses, import/export compliance and the support and integration of relevant ERP, SCM, and EDI systems. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Management, IT and Quality Assurance teams to ensure efficient and seamless supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities

Purchasing & Supplier Management

• Lead the purchasing function while actively contributing to daily operations, including purchase order placement in SAP and follow-up delivery schedule.
• Manage supplier relationships in close collaboration with the Product Management team
• Coordinate and maintain supplier-related documentation and ensure compliance with applicable customers, industry, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PPAP, PSW, RoHS, PPWR)
• Oversee Product Change Notification (PCN) management in line with global processes and systems

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

• Identify risks related to stock shortages or excess inventory
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock and buffer stock strategies based on customer demand forecasts
• Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee logistics operations, including freight forwarders, carriers and third-party warehouses

Systems & Process Management

• Operate and enhance ERP and supply chain systems (SAP, SCM tools and supplier portals) while supporting digitalization initiatives
• Administer supplier-specific platforms and tools (e.g. Infineon IDIS and Renesas Rainbow)
• Coordinate EDI integrations and manage supplier-specific platforms

Requirements

Your profile:

You hold a university degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field, and have at least 3 years of successful professional experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics or operations management.

You are comfortable with data analysis and enjoy working with figures to make informed decisions. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines enables you to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Curious and proactive, you quickly grasp business challenges, identify areas for improvement and play an active role in the continuous optimization of processes.

You have advanced Excel skills and a solid knowledge of Power BI for analyzing data and monitoring key performance indicators. Experience with SAP is also required.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and can build bridges between Sales, Inside Sales, Product Line Management and other departments across the company.

As part of your regular communication with our European teams, you have a professional level of English, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate confidently in an international environment. Knowledge of German, French or Japanese would be considered an additional asset.
