Quality & Environmental Specialist | Chemical Distribution (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• In close cooperation with Sales, Logistics, and other departments, you will continuously develop the quality and environmental management system by conducting internal audits and documenting processes.
• You will be responsible for coordinating the control of non-conforming products, services, and processes by analyzing root causes, assessing risks, and defining clear corrective actions.
• During customer audits and official inspections, you will professionally represent the company externally and ensure a cooperative and solution-oriented collaboration.
• Last but not least, you will document all evaluations, actions, and results in a structured and transparent manner in Salesforce and other management systems.

Qualifications

• A commercial or scientific qualification/training or a related degree, combined with experience in ISO 9001 quality management environments.
• Additional qualifications in environmental management, sustainability, food safety, or GxP are considered an advantage.
• Strong software affinity – at OQEMA you will work with SAP, Salesforce (CRM), and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are required due to our international business environment.
