Quantitative Analyst, Financial Modeller

Responsibilities

• Help our CFO and chief modeller to develop new financial tools for our customers.
• Elaborate ideas and develop exact numerical answers using already developed solutions as guidance.
• Take these a step further, in terms of content, structure and clarity.
• Cooperate closely with our team of engineers/designer(s)/product manager(s)

Requirements

• A degree in either finance, economics, econometrics, or computer science
• Thorough knowledge of Excel & financial modelling
• Drive to get results in an innovative environment
• Being flexible, organized and a self-starter
• Affinity with programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL) is a big plus
• Ability to think financially--we do not require a training as an economist e.g., but you need to have an (intellectual) affinity with issues related to money.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates strong financial modelling capabilities and proficiency in Excel, with an ability to develop innovative financial tools. Possesses a solid understanding of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, enhancing analytical and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
