Real estate Business Analyst & Lease Management Specialist (f/m/d)

In this hybrid role, you will manage and improve the Real Estate portfolio data and lease administration processes, partnering with Real Estate and IT teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. You will work with external vendors and internal teams to optimize Archibus usage, support sustainability data reporting, and enable data-driven decisions across the division. This position offers exposure to global cross-functional collaboration and a chance to shape data systems for better portfolio management. A strong focus on accuracy, communication, and problem solving will help you drive operational efficiency and strategic value.

• Maintain portfolio data quality in Archibus and leverage its functionalities
• Coordinate data collection with Real Estate team and monitor external lease abstraction vendor
• Conduct training sessions for Archibus and lease abstraction tool
• Report bugs and validate fixes; manage POs and verify invoices
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports; create Teams and SharePoint sites
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for sustainability activities
• Collaborate with Real Estate and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
• Assist in miscellaneous tasks to support division operations

• Experience in data management and lease administration
• Knowledge of Real Estate within a corporate Real Estate function or organization
• Understanding of lease terms, portfolio structure, and property data
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint
• Effective communication in English and ability to collaborate in a global team
• Valid EU work permit
