Real Estate Sales Agent – Join France's leading property concierge network

You will become ALB's commercial agent for your area, responsible for developing a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management.
Active prospecting: identify property owners (apartments, houses, villas, unique/atypical accommodations) and persuade them to entrust you with management
Negotiate and sign management agreements with owners
Operational management: coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers, liaise with owners and guests
Grow your client portfolio with a focus on recurring monthly revenue
Flexible schedule (partial remote work / field work)

Requirements

• You can persuade and build trust with property owners
• You may come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation is what matters
• You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network
• You want to build long‑term recurring income, not a capped salary
