Recruiter – High Volume Skilled Trades

Responsibilities

• Specialize in supporting a key client's business needs
• Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
• Handle 40-60 requisitions at a time across different time zones
• Connect with motivated candidates to match them to job opportunities
• Build relationships to develop a strong pipeline of candidates
• Advocate for candidates for career opportunities
• Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline
• Deliver on client commitments and provide an exceptional hiring experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously
• Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
