Recruitment Advisor

Requirement

• Provide expert recruitment support for key hiring projects and critical vacancies across the business
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies based on talent market availability
• Deliver market intelligence and hiring recommendations to support strategic recruitment initiatives
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and talent pool analysis for specific hiring needs
• Present candidate assessments and labour market insights to enable informed hiring decisions
• Act as a trusted HR and talent acquisition advisor for strategic recruitment projects across designated business units or regions
• Coordinate recruitment-related services and ensure alignment with agreed project scopes and service requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition , preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life science industry, or a comparable sector
• Proven experience developing and executing sourcing strategies for complex or niche hiring requirements
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and the ability to identify and leverage a variety of recruitment channels
• Must be able to work on‑site and live within a reasonable commuting distance of Pfaffenhofen, Ingolstadt, Augsburg, or the Munich region
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
