Recruitment Operations Executive

• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Source and engage suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephone interviews.

Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience within recruitment operations, recruitment coordination or administration
• Experience working with ATS, CRM or scheduling software
• Good Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
• Confident using telephone and WhatsApp communication
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office
