Regional Manager, End-User Team – Building Protection Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3M End User Specialists across USAC
• Deliver $80M+ in sales across Fire Barrier, Air Barrier and Moisture Barrier portfolios
• Work integrally with the USAC Channel team to grow the business above the market
• Build high-level relationships with key partners
• Direct, coach/mentor, and develop the team to maximize selling skills
• Create a plan aligned with Building Protection BU strategy
• Oversee and drive Commercial Excellence
• Identify and execute opportunities for collaboration with ISD cross-functional team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or High School Diploma with relevant work experience
• Three (3) years of Account and Channel Management in the Commercial Construction Industry or seven (7) years with High School Diploma
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling
• Experience developing and managing key end user accounts
• Product demonstration experience and competence
• Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
