Regional Manager – Pharma Focus

Perceive and navigate the complex ecosystem of a university hospital, analyzing decision-making pathways and the priorities of clinical departments
Develop tailored support and engagement concepts
Provide expert scientific and clinical support to medical directors of intensive care, anesthesiology and transplant surgery
Connect medical staff with the hospital pharmacy and administration
Build sustainable consensus for the use of life‑saving therapies
Manage and support university hospitals in Hamburg, Kiel and Rostock, as well as regions across Schleswig‑Holstein and Mecklenburg‑Vorpommern

Requirements

Several years of experience in hospital/clinical field sales in the Rx (prescription) sector
Prior experience in hospital sales is required
Knowledge of the structure and functioning of a university hospital
Expertise as defined by Section 75 of the German Medicines Act (§75 AMG) is required
Status as a pharmaceutical advisor or pharmaceutical representative under §75 AMG
Degree in a natural science or medicine, or an equivalent qualification providing the required expertise
Prior knowledge or experience in intensive care medicine, immunology, transplantation or oncology is a strong plus
High strategic acumen
Confident development and maintenance of networks with hospital decision‑makers
Residence ideally in Hamburg, Schleswig‑Holstein or Mecklenburg‑Western Pomerania
Willingness to travel
