Job Description & Offer

As a Regional Sales Representative at Knutwall Marking Systems, you will become the company’s first ambassador and the face of the business in southern Germany. You will have the opportunity to both maintain and develop existing customers, but above all ensure that as many new customers as possible start using Knutwall’s marking systems. Your customers are primarily within the installation and industrial sectors.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Building trust‑based, consultative relationships with customers.
  • Working with new business development, existing clients, and upselling.
  • Operating independently with support from skilled and driven colleagues.
  • Holding one of the organization’s most important roles.
  • Being responsible for the regional budget.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who loves building new relationships and thrives with a strong presence in the field. You are motivated by working in an entrepreneurial company that offers a high degree of freedom under responsibility, where your personal drive and commitment are highly valued.

We believe you match the following:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar role with experience booking and conducting customer meetings.
  • Structured and goal‑oriented working style.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and perseverance.
  • Experience, network, or interest in the industry is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
  • Fluent in English and German.

For this role, great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. We highly value your personality and would like you to have a background in sports or associations/clubs.
