The Germany subsidiary, located in Berlin, is looking to reinforce its team with a Sales Representative for the business in the region of Chemnitz, Dresden, Bautzen, Cottbus.
Responsible for the scientific presentation, promotion and follow-up of an assigned product range in a results-oriented environment with specialists, in a predetermined region with the aim to maintain and/or to increase the market share & volumes.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals is essential. This includes regular interactions, personal & remote, with medical professionals, physician offices, hospitals, and clinics to provide product information and support.
Responsible for the support and scientific consulting of selected physicians.
Competitive analysis: Analyze and evaluate available local market and customer data to create customer segments and profiles.
Implement target-oriented marketing and sales strategies.
Create account plans and manage the available budget responsibly for targeted actions, strictly adhering to all internal and external regulations and codes. In case of deviation to enhance effectiveness of the developed account plan.
Handle administrative tasks: Create customer analyses, plan visits, prepare and follow up on discussions within the assigned territory, and report to the regional management.
Reporting: Daily reporting of calls & customer activities in CRM system, keeping customer profiling up to date.
Participate in congresses, sponsorships, and events as a platform for customer relationship management and personal professional development.
Market observation: Monitor, document, and report monthly on market conditions, competitor activities, objections, trends, POS materials, and product feedback. Willingness to acquire new skills, (product) knowledge and evolve continuously. Take ownership and responsibility to self-assess, setting own development goals, allowing to be better qualified and keep up with trends.
Show high level of knowledge and understanding of procedures, policies/guidelines, and local regulations. Customer relationship management and facilitating remote interactions.
Report safety information/adverse events to the company in accordance with SOP DE.QA.16 "Information Flow".
Strong customer- and sales-oriented mindset, willing to walk the extra mile.
Able to influence others in a balanced way through strong communication skills and personal impact, excellent selling skills.
Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
