Revenue Growth Manager (m/f/d) – F&B EAME

As a Revenue Growth Manager, you drive profitable growth by turning market insights and pricing strategies into decisive business actions. You collaborate with Sales, Finance and cross-functional partners to optimize deals, tenders and pricing, while improving margin quality and simplifying commercial complexity. • Partner with Sales to structure and optimize strategic deals, tenders and key customer opportunities
• Drive fact-based decisions via business cases, scenario planning and pricing analysis
• Support complex negotiations with value-based pricing recommendations
• Improve pricing realization and margin quality while balancing growth and profitability targets
• Simplify commercial complexity and identify opportunities to maximize portfolio value
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure consistent regional execution

• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance, Sales Excellence or related commercial role
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a commercial mindset
• Proven ability to influence decisions in fast-paced environments
• Experience supporting pricing strategies, deal management and/or commercial negotiations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
