Business Development Manager Growth (m/w/d)

In this role you will act as the right hand to the VP JobAuto, shaping and executing a new growth-oriented product offering. You’ll develop the JobAuto strategy, partner with product teams, and drive partnerships and go-to-market initiatives. You will lead data-driven planning and translate insights into actions to unlock growth. This is a founder-like role within a fast-growing startup, offering high responsibility and cross-functional collaboration to advance sustainable electric mobility at FINN.

• Shape and execute a winning growth strategy for JobAuto in collaboration with the VP
• Identify growth opportunities and manage strategic growth projects and partnerships
• Define the JobAuto product vision with the Product team and implement new features/services
• Lead quarterly business planning and derive actionable insights from performance
• Prepare materials and pitches for customers, investors, and partners

• Degree in business administration, technology management, or similar
• 2+ years in a high-performance environment (startup or top-tier strategy consulting)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate observations into measures
• Proactive, with ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change
• Strong stakeholder management and structured communication
• Fluent in German (C2) and English
