• Drive RGM category optimization across price, assortment, and promotions for the DACH region
• Leverage price elasticity models and competitor analysis to understand market dynamics
• Maximize trade spend efficiency by analyzing full Gross-to-Net P&L with Controlling
• Support brands with pricing strategies and business cases for new formats and white space opportunities
• Lead the rollout of advanced analytic solutions and promote a data-driven RGM culture through internal training

• Several years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM/NRM), Controlling, or Price/Promotion Consulting
• Advanced analytics and BI proficiency (Python, R, Excel; Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong financial modeling and P&L analysis capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Fluency in English and German
