Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, shaping commercial strategy through analytical rigor and first-principles thinking.
• Lead the design, build, and launch of high-priority commercial initiatives like Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System.
• Translate strategy into scalable operating models, aligning seller behavior with company objectives and driving measurable revenue growth.
