YOUR ROLE

As our Event Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving event and catering revenue by building meaningful client relationships and transforming inquiries into unforgettable experiences. You will manage the event sales process from initial contact through contracting, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality and personalized service.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Manage event inquiries efficiently and professionally, converting leads into confirmed business opportunities.
• Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, and event documentation that align with client expectations and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and social event organizers.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings, showcasing the unique offerings and experiences of the property.
• Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure seamless communication and flawless event execution.
• Maintain accurate client and event records within the sales and event management systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling of hotel services and facilities.
• Participate in sales activities, networking events, and industry functions to generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure all client interactions are handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Previous experience in Event Sales, Catering Sales, Conference & Events, or a similar commercial role within hospitality is preferred.
• Completion of vocational training or a university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and event management or CRM systems.
• Fluency in both German and English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• A genuine enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
