Overview

As a Design for Safety & Reliability Practitioner, you will lead the deployment of DfSR processes and tools across multiple product squads to ensure products are safe, robust, and reliable. You will champion the integration of safety and reliability into design practices and mentor teams in DfSR methodologies. Your work supports compliant, high-quality designs while building capability across the organization. This role offers influence across squads in a global, sustainability‑focused company with a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Lead the deployment of DfSR processes, tools, and software across multiple product squads
  • Champion integration of safety and reliability principles into design practices
  • Assess critical design elements and develop risk assessment plans for safety, robustness, and reliability
  • Coach and guide teams in executing DfSR plans and reporting outcomes for compliance
  • Train and mentor design engineers and project teams in DfSR methodologies and tools
  • Drive continuous improvement and capability building in DfSR practices
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years in engineering or quality roles with a focus on DfSS/DFSR, power systems, electronics, or electromechanical systems
  • Proficiency in ReliaSoft tools and experience in Agile product development environments
  • Strong customer orientation and application knowledge
  • Excellent intercultural communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and lead initiatives
  • Preferred: DfSS Certifications (CSSGB or CSSBB) and CRE; experience with P-diagram-driven DFMEA; coaching and project management experience
