Sales Consultant German Market (m/f/d)

In this role you drive telephonic sales for our German market, advising key horeca customers and turning inquiries into orders. You blend inbound support with proactive outbound outreach to grow B2B sales of commercial kitchen technology. You’ll craft offers, manage follow-ups, and nurture long-term customer relationships, contributing to process improvements and a startup-like, collaborative culture. This is a hands-on position in a multinational team with a strong focus on impact and growth.

• Provide inbound telephone consultations to advise and sell our commercial kitchen technology to German key customers (hotels, restaurants, small businesses)
• Proactively sell products and bundles through outbound calls
• Create tailored offers with availability and conditions in partnership with business teams
• Track inquiries and offers through to successful completion
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships via regular contact and follow-up
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer value
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the inbound process by sharing expertise and ideas

• Experience in sales, ideally in a telephone-based role
• Experience with HoReCa equipment/products
• Strong communication skills; professional phone presence
• Team player with willingness to optimize customer service
• Affinity for gastronomy and interest in technical solutions
• Native German; good English; Dutch a plus
