The role

As a Sales & Growth Agent, you will work hands-on with both sales and marketing activities, focusing on building a strong pipeline and increasing our market presence. This is a proactive role where you are expected to generate opportunities.

  • Actively approach potential customers through cold calling, email, and social outreach
  • Build and continuously develop a sustainable sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and support the sales process from first contact to closing
  • Create offers and support negotiations and proposals
  • Collaborate with Marketing in planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Build visibility through social media, particularly LinkedIn
  • Develop new ideas and formats to strengthen brand awareness
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales performance
  • Contribute to the development of growth and sales strategies

The Team

You will be part of the Customer Growth Team, working closely with colleagues across sales, customer success and marketing. The team collaborates continuously, sharing insights and aligning on customer needs.

The way of working is hands-on and dynamic, with a strong focus on turning ideas into measurable results. You are encouraged to contribute your own initiatives and take ownership of driving them forward.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably within B2B or SaaS
  • Experience in building leads and managing a sales pipeline
  • Strong communication and negotiation in German are mandatory
  • Ability to communicate in English internally is also expected, English training can be provided if necessary
  • A proactive mindset with a clear drive to win new customers
  • Ability to work independently in a structured way

Experience from working with marketing initiatives and campaign execution is beneficial, especially if you have used social media as an active growth channel. Familiarity with CRM systems, KPI tracking, and analyzing sales performance will help you succeed in the role, as will an interest in market analysis and contributing to broader growth strategies.
