In this Sales Manager Fleet role you drive growth for DKV Mobility’s fleet portfolio across assigned German regions. You will nurture and expand a cross-functional customer base, reduce churn, and tailor solutions for fleet and mobility needs. You’ll engage with industry events and build a strong regional network to support sustainable mobility goals. The position offers flexibility, collaboration, and impact in a dynamic, agile environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape how clients manage fuel, charging, fleet software, and telematics at scale.

• Own and manage the sales territory: Central Germany, South, North or Middle
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships in the fleet segment
• Acquire new fleet customers within the assigned territory
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and actively manage churn prevention
• Identify cross- and upsell opportunities across the product portfolio
• Sell full product portfolio and develop tailored fleet/mobility solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity; produce reports and forecasts
• Participate in industry events and build a strong network within fleet and mobility ecosystem

• Several years of field sales experience, ideally in fleet, vehicle management, and mobility
• Strong knowledge of fleet, vehicle management, and mobility industry
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus
• Strong sales mindset, communicative, autonomous, results-oriented, entrepreneurial
• Ideally residing in the sales territory with home-office flexibility
