Sales Manager for West Africa (m/f/d)

In this role you drive new business and strengthen existing relationships for a global audience. You will shape strategic and tactical sales plans, support international sales leadership, and expand activities with cross-border customers. You’ll present solutions, mentor teams at an international level, and own the impact of our offerings in global markets. • Acquire new customers and support existing base
• Develop strategic and tactical sales plans for customers
• Support managing director in controlling international sales
• Expand sales activities and relationship management internally and externally
• Own the results of solutions on global markets
• Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations
• Manage employees at an international level

• Bachelor in Engineering
• or Master in Engineering or Sales
• Initial management experience in sales, ideally in capital goods and with public sector clients
• Sales experience in international markets and negotiating with public authorities
• Strong technical and commercial understanding with forward-thinking mindset
• Confident, convincing representation of the company and willingness to travel
• Very good written and spoken English; French; Spanish desirable
