Sales Manager – Key Account Manager, Field Sales

• Take responsibility for and manage an established sales territory in northern and eastern Germany
• Actively and professionally manage key accounts and existing customers
• Expand the network and acquire new customers
• Achieve sustainable growth in market share and revenue
• Support customer projects from initial concept through implementation in close coordination with Project Management
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives
• Contribute to the further development of products and markets

Requirements

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Passion for sales
• Experience selling products that require explanation, ideally in a project-based business environment
• Confident manner and strong customer-service orientation
• Knowledge of VOB/VOL is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to travel within northern and eastern Germany
• Independent and structured approach to work
• High degree of self-motivation
