Sales Manager (m/f/d) MultiVacc - Pay-by-Use Solution for Egg & Poultry

In this role you drive the end-to-end sales cycle for the MultiVacc Pay-by-Use offering, accelerating adoption in European markets and preparing the groundwork for global scale. You work closely with Egg and Poultry sales teams to turn leads into concrete contracts, while coordinating with product and project teams on commercial and technical aspects. You own the Phase 1 rollout in Europe, shaping the foundation for wider deployment. You will operate in a collaborative, growth-focused environment that values sustainable farming solutions and customer impact. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on complex solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage the end-to-end MultiVacc sales process from qualified opportunity to active contract
• Collaborate with Egg and Poultry sales teams to qualify leads and convert to offers
• Execute the pay-by-use model operationally with clear quoting logic and item/code management
• Serve as central customer contact for commercial topics and provide basic technical support; coordinate with PM/PO as needed
• Own the Phase 1 rollout in Europe and contribute to global scaling efforts

• Several years of sales/business development experience in agriculture or livestock (Egg/Poultry a plus)
• Background in veterinary medicine (poultry), animal husbandry/livestock sciences, or agriculture
• Ability to explain complex solutions and negotiate confidently
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages welcome
