Position - Sales Manager Southern Germany & Switzerland

We are looking for a smart and passionate Sales Manager Southern Germany & Switzerland to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence across one of the most strategic regions in Germany.

The Sales Manager Southern Germany & Switzerland will be responsible for managing the sales budget, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and strengthening relationships with both existing and potential customers within the Pumps Distribution Channel. The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, growing market share, and providing accurate sales forecasting to support company objectives.

What you will do

• Manage and develop sales activities across South Germany (Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Hessen, Sachsen and Thüringen) potential add-on is either Rheinland-Pfalz Saarland or Berlin/Brandenburg & Switzerland


• Lead a team of 3


• Achieve annual sales and profitability targets in line with company objectives;


• Develop and implement regional business plans and sales strategies;


• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, installers, and key customers;


• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth;


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business decisions;


• Negotiate commercial agreements and support customers in developing joint growth initiatives;


• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders;


• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence;


• Ensure effective product portfolio management and promote new product introductions within the market.

Who you are

• Proven experience in a sales role within the building technology, HVAC, pumps, water technology, or related industrial sectors;


• Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach;


• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and manage strategic customer relationships;


• Good understanding of distribution channels and route-to-market strategies;


• Strong negotiation and influencing skills;


• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a matrix organization;


• Excellent communication and presentation skills;


• Fluent German and good English language skills;


• Availability to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
