Sales Representative - NRW

We are supporting confidential search for an innovative international MedTech company looking for a Sales Representative to cover North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) .

The role focuses on supporting the adoption and clinical application of innovative minimally invasive surgical technology .

The role:

• New Customer Acquisition and Existing Customer Support.
• Support clinical cases and product applications.
• Develop and expand usage within existing accounts.
• Deliver workshops and clinical training.
• Build relationships with surgeons across relevant specialties.
• Support commercial growth through clinical education and product adoption.
• Attend national and international conferences.
• Medical/clinical background, ideally with surgical experience.
• Essential: experience in minimally invasive surgery.
• Previous sales experience within the region.
• An existing network of surgeons is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent German + conversational English.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
