As an SAP FI/CO Expert at Tenthpin, you will guide client engagements through S/4HANA transformations, aligning technology with business goals. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping design, build, and deployment of SAP FI/CO solutions and ensuring best practices. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll drive large-scale implementations and help grow new offerings in a fast-growing consulting environment. • Collaborate with clients to implement SAP systems and deliver value-driven FI/CO solutions
• Lead design, build, testing, and deployment phases with SAP FI/CO best practices in S/4HANA
• Analyse and redesign integrated financial processes according to sector best practices and client business models
• Document functional and technical requirements and manage stakeholder communications
• Set up projects, lead tasks, perform effort estimations, and manage stakeholders (depending on seniority)
• Work on large-scale SAP implementations in a multi-language, multicultural environment
• Identify new technologies and develop service/product offerings for clients

• 4+ years of SeniorAssociate level experience / 6+ years Advisor / 15+ years Director in large-scale SAP implementation projects
• At least 2 full project lifecycles as an SAP FI/CO Consultant in S/4HANA
• Strong business process understanding in Financial area (e.g., Cash Management, Credit Management, Forecasting & Planning)
• Experience with US GAAP, IFRS
• Hands-on consulting in business process & template design, configuration for FI/CO on S/4HANA
• Knowledge of FI/CO integration with SD, SC, Mfg
• Experience with SAP FSCM, Fiori or other SAP modules and new technologies (SAC, GRC, BPC) is a plus
• Previous work in Big 4 or SI firms preferred
• Life sciences or process manufacturing industry experience is advantageous
• Fluent English and local language of hiring country; willingness to travel in Europe
