Your Mission

Own Client Success

• Lead the relationship with your client portfolio and platform teams


• Become their trusted marketplace manager


• Challenge existing strategies and identify new growth opportunities


• Lead weekly business reviews and strategic planning sessions


• Build long-term development roadmaps with measurable KPIs

Drive Commercial Growth

• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities


• Develop actionable growth strategies


• Monitor sales, profitability and operational performance


• Coordinate assortment, pricing and promotional activities


• Support buying processes and in-season trading decisions


• Negotiate commercial terms with marketplace partners

Lead Cross-Functional Projects

• Coordinate projects between clients and our internal marketplace, content and advertising team


• Oversee listing quality together with our Content Team


• Work closely with PPC specialists to improve advertising performance


• Solve operational challenges before they become problems


• Align multiple stakeholders while keeping projects moving

Your Profile

Who You Are

You combine commercial thinking with analytical skills. You enjoy working directly with decision makers and feel comfortable taking responsibility. You don\'t wait for instructions, you proactively identify opportunities and execute them. You communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure and enjoy solving complex challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in Marketplace Management (Senior 4 years), preferably Amazon


• Experience working with consumer brands or leading retailers


• Strong analytical and commercial thinking


• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a strong advantage)


• Advanced Excel skills


• Confident using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity


• Highly organized with excellent self-management


• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Footwear or apparel industry experience


• Experience with marketplaces such as Zalando, About You, Otto or Breuninger


• Experience with Amazon PPC


• Commercial negotiation experience
