Senior AI Engineer, Legal (Fully Remote)

• Design and deliver advanced AI solutions for legal and compliance operations at enterprise scale.
• Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions enhancing legal workflows with quality and security.
• Serve as a bridge between legal, engineering, IT, and data teams for enterprise AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI applications using large language models, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop document processing pipelines including parsing, chunking, embedding, and intelligent search.
• Implement AI governance, security controls, and compliance practices for sensitive legal data.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering or machine learning engineering with production applications.
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of legal technology, compliance, or regulated environments is a plus.
