(Senior) Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)

As Analytics Engineer, you will build scalable data foundations and analytics that empower teams across 7 international markets to measure impact and make informed decisions. You’ll partner with product and business stakeholders to define success metrics, enable self-service analytics, and apply AI tools to speed insight generation. You will continuously improve the analytics platform with robust models, tests, and docs. This role sits at the intersection of data, product and sustainability, shaping how we prove and scale our energy solutions.

• Build and maintain production-grade data models powering decision-making across multiple markets
• Define success metrics with Product Managers and stakeholders; turn data into actionable insights
• Enable self-service analytics through trusted metrics and scalable data products
• Leverage AI and modern analytics tooling to accelerate insights and improve workflows
• Continuously improve analytics platform with robust modeling, testing, and documentation

• Experience building production data models using SQL and transformation tools (e.g., Dataform, SQLMesh, dbt)
• Strong SQL skills; working knowledge of Python
• Experience with BigQuery and a BI tool (Looker)
• Ability to translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions
