ABOUT THE TEAM:

• The IPC Engineering team powers the digital life insurance enrollment experience for Bestow's carrier partners.
• You'll work alongside Product Managers, Underwriters, and external partners to build modular services in Python, Go, and Java.
• The team integrates across Bestow's service landscape via gRPC, REST, and async messaging on Kubernetes in GCP.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Contribute to technical design decisions for IPC services, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.
• Design, build, and operate backend services using Python, PostgreSQL, Go, and Java-based Drools rules engine.
• Partner with other Bestow engineering teams on integration work and help build platform capabilities that scale with our growing partner ecosystem.
