Senior Engineering Manager, Platform (Fully Remote)

• We are hiring Senior Engineering Managers to own domains of our cash delivery platform.
• You will manage a team of senior engineers and partner with product counterparts.

• Own technical outcomes, delivery, reliability, and big technical bets.
• Drive operational excellence including on-call, incident response, and code quality.
• Protect and scale culture of open debate, product ownership, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years managing software engineers and 8+ years industry experience.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to pressure-test architecture.
• Energized to build product-development fluency in a non-technical organization.

Compensation:

• US base salary $181,130 with bonus and benefits stipend.
