Senior Backend Kotlin / Java Software Engineer - Client Technology (m/f/x)

• Build secure, scalable systems covering the client journey end-to-end
• Design, implement and operate production services using Kotlin/Java and cloud-native tech
• Contribute to authentication, onboarding, consent, engagement, and support-related solutions
• Work with AWS-based infrastructure and DevOps practices to deploy and run services
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code with emphasis on security and quality
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve production
• Drive engineering excellence through technical ownership and continuous improvement

• Strong software engineering experience with Java and/or Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with Spring, REST APIs, GraphQL, JWT, Docker, and Git
• Experience building and operating microservices in production
• Practical experience with AWS or another major cloud provider
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong focus on well-architected, testable, maintainable code
• Strong analytical thinking for technical and product problems
