In this role you join a cross-functional engineering team to expand Scalable Capital’s broker business and help run a fast-growing neo-broker. You will work on cutting-edge technology with modern development practices in a cloud-based setup, delivering scalable, well-architected software. You will collaborate with product, security, and stakeholders to shape a customer-centric fintech platform. • Support the expansion of the broker business as part of a cross-functional team
• Build and operate a rapidly growing neo-broker platform
• Contribute to modern software development practices (agile, self-sufficient teams, CI/CD, test automation)
• Work with cloud-based infrastructure and tooling to deliver scalable solutions

• University degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification
• Solid experience in Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform
• GDPR compliance and security experience is a big plus
• Strong analytical thinking in technical and product domains
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholders
• Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code
• Experience with domain-driven design and distributed architectures and/or microservices a plus
• Background in financial services a strong plus
