The Akamai Partner Program Team supports global partners, fostering growth and advancing Akamai's market objectives. This role involves scaling, operating, and enhancing distributor and reseller partner programs as a Senior Channel Programs & Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Designing the governance model for cloud partner enablement programs globally.
• Building end-to-end cloud certification and onboarding journeys tailored to partner needs.
• Orchestrating cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing.
• Establishing scalable processes supporting cloud GTM motions and partner growth.
• Defining operational frameworks ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.
• Measuring program performance and driving continuous improvement through data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; high school diploma acceptable.
• 8+ years of experience in channel programs, cloud enablement, or partner operations.
• Experience with hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplace dynamics.
• Experience designing partner journeys in complex cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently while influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
• Leveraging data and metrics to ensure accountability and deliver measurable impact on business outcomes.
