Senior Coach – Lead Veterinarians, Practice Performance & Development

• Operational driver for the financial success of the practices
• Lead of the "Development & Coaching Team"
• Identify untapped potential and implement measures
• Manage projects in coordination with the development team
• Regular practice visits for in‑person collaboration
• Analyze financial levers and KPIs
• Prospective leadership of the team and coordination of assignments
• Adaptation and rollout of new standards for the practices

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• At least 6 years of practical experience in small animal medicine or comparable fields
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in practice management or coaching
• Deep understanding of the business and financial dynamics of a veterinary practice
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Proactive, hands‑on mentality with self‑initiative
• Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B1)
• Digital affinity and flexibility for business travel
