Senior Commercial Finance Analyst

In this role you will partner with Marketing teams across the DACH region to manage the marketing budget and drive robust financial planning. You will own P&L integrity, collaborate with Accounting on monthly closes, and deliver forward-looking insights through advanced analytics. You’ll act as a trusted finance partner to Marketing and Sales, guiding investment decisions with ROI analyses. The position focuses on disciplined cost management and sustainable category growth within a global, diverse finance team.

• Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing investment with alignment to commercial priorities
• Own financial integrity across the P&L and partner with Accounting during month-end close for accurate reporting
• Develop and elevate analytical models and dashboards for data-driven performance insights
• Act as trusted finance partner to Marketing and Sales, providing strategic guidance and ROI analyses
• Lead variance and performance analysis to generate actionable insights and drive cost management and growth

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business actions
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems (SAP, Power BI, or similar)
• Outstanding business partnering and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven experience in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Controlling or FP&A in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce
• Fluency in English
