Senior Business Analyst, Life Science Finance (all genders)

In this Senior FP&A Manager role, you act as a strategic advisor who translates complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will support the Life Science Executive Team with high-quality analysis and compelling presentations, focusing on workforce and FX analysis, sales reporting, and quarterly planning. You’ll develop quantitative models, explain movements in financial statements, and identify risks, opportunities, and benchmarks to inform decision-making. You work closely with HR and finance partners to connect financial insights with business priorities, driving impactful planning and governance.

• Provide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting support for the business unit
• Lead FTE/workforce analysis, FX exposure analysis, and sales reporting
• Drive quarterly planning cycles and monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Develop quantitative models and evaluate internal/external data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare high-quality analyses and presentations for the Life Science Executive Team
• Collaborate with HR and finance partners across the organization to align on priorities and actions
• Explain movements in financial statements and translate data into actionable recommendations

• ≥5 years of FP&A, treasury, or cash flow controlling experience
• Expert in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient with planning tools (TM1, PAFE, or SAC) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA a plus
• Self-driven with ownership of complex analyses and planning activities
• Fluent business English
